Oakland Traditional Meal Plans Effective Fall 2023

Oakland traditional meal plan options are unlimited meals/week, 17 meals/week, 12 meals/week and 7 meals/week. Minimum requirements may apply based on class year and housing assignment. Students in meal plan-required housing are automatically assigned a meal plan. Other students may select a plan through the Meal Plan Online portal within the Student Hub. Traditional meal plans start every week on Sunday morning and last until Saturday night and continue throughout the semester. Meal swipes reset weekly. Dining Dollars and Guest meals are one-time amounts for the semester. Every meal plan allows students maximum flexibility to eat their allotted weekly meals at any time—breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Dining dollars are available for use at the Tea Shop and Suzie’s Café. Global Scholars participants are assigned a 17 meal plan included in their program fee. Meal Exchanges may be used at the Tea Shop and Suzie’s Café.
